UrS4/UrS6 Southbend Clutch Kit

Stage1 "HD" Series:
This kit utilizes a stock sachs clutch disc mated to a high clamp pressure plate yielding a 20% increase in clamping force and approximately 25-30% increase in torque capacity. Good for 340 ft/lbs torque at the crank. Stock pedal feel.
Stage 2 "Daily" Series:
This kit uses the same pressure plate as stage 1, but uses a high metal content Organic compound for a 30-35% increase in torque capacity over stock. Good for 375 ft/lbs torque at the crank. Stock pedal feel.
Stage 2 "Endurance" Series:
This kit uses the same pressure plate as stage 1 and 2 but uses a hybrid clutch disc with a full face Feramic compound on the flywheel side and a high metal content Organic compound on the pressure plate side providing a 55-60% increase in torque capacity. Good for 415ft/lbs torque at the flywheel.
Stage 2 "Drag" Series:
This kit uses the same flywheel and friction materials as stage 2 endurance but uses a 6-puck design which is better for regular drag racing situations. Some chatter should be expected with this clutch kit during engagement. Good for 455 ft/lbs torque.
Stage 3 "Daily" Series:
This clutch kit uses a more highly modified pressure plate over stage 1-2 kits providing a 45% increase in clamping force. Hybrid organic clutch disc. Good for 425 ft/lbs torque, and only about a 25% increase in pedal effort.
Stage 3 "Endurance" Series:
This kit uses the same pressure plate as stage 3 Daily, but uses a full face kevlar clutch disc. Good for 445 ft/lbs torque, and only about a 25% increase in pedal effort. Due to the heat dissapation properties of kevlar this clutch is not recommended for drag racing applications.
Stage 3 "Drag" Series:
This kit is the same as stage 3 daily except uses a 6 puck Ceramic lined clutch disc. The puck design is better suited to dedicated drag cars. Some chatter should be expected with this clutch kit during engagement. good for 525ft/lbs torque, 25% increase in pedal effort.
Stage 4 "Extreme-Street" Series:
This kit uses the same pressure plate as the stage 3 kits but with a dual face feramic clutch disc (pressure plate and flywheel side). good for 550+ft/lbs of torque. For even more power handling, consider swapping to a single mass flywheel setup (7a/Coupe Quattro style flywheel).
Stage 4 "Extreme-Drag" Series:
This kit uses the same pressure plate and disc materials as stage 4 Extreme Daily, but uses a 6-puck design which is better for regular drag racing situations. Some chatter should be expected with this clutch kit during engagement. good for 550+ft/lbs of torque, yet still only a 25% increase in pedal effort. For even more power handling, consider swapping to a single mass flywheel setup (7a/Coupe Quattro style flywheel).
